Andy Nortrup is a Director of Product at Cribl, focusing on solutions for Platform Engineering and SRE teams. Previously, he led product management for Cribl Stream. Over the past 18 years, Andy has contributed to the development and operation of products utilized by some of the world's largest and most complex organizations at Cribl, Tanium, and Splunk. His background includes service as a U.S. Army communications officer with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, where he managed critical communications in challenging environments. Andy holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Penn State and a BS in Network and Systems Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. He resides in Burien, Washington, with his family and enjoys running and cultivating bonsai trees.
