(LS&Co.), a global leader in apparel and retail, Ngozi spearheads a comprehensive enterprise information security program. His role focuses on anticipating, identifying, and mitigating cybersecurity risks while ensuring alignment with Levi’s business goals and fostering digital trust for the iconic Levi's brand worldwide.

Throughout his career, Ngozi has demonstrated a strategic acumen and an ability to drive impactful change. His previous roles include Deputy CISO for the Federal Reserve System and Chief Business Security Officer at ADP, where he advanced cybersecurity initiatives for essential U.S. infrastructure and supported ADP’s global human capital management solutions. In each position, Ngozi has led with a commitment to enabling business innovation while prioritizing security, compliance, and risk management.
